2024 Milestones and Achievements

 Introduction of the C3 website as a central hub for information and engagement. 

 Integration of C3 information into the city's onboarding program for new hires. 

 Development of an efficient process to share information across the organization. 

 Participation in wellness and engagement events to increase visibility and impact. 

 Back-to-school clothing donations for employees’ children and families. 

 Establishment of nonprofit status, opening of a bank account, and creation of online donation platforms. 

 Development of clear procedures for requesting and approving funding. 

 Coordination of organizational and public donations to assist the Aponte family. 

 Over $5,000 (net) projected from special events, including partnerships with local businesses. 

 Supported over 20 applications, granting more than $15,000 in aid. 

 90+ volunteer hours assisting five employees with Hurricane Beryl clean-up and recovery through the "Labor of Love" program. 

 Payroll deductions and donation drives involving 85+ employees, contributing over $30,000 annually. 

 Completion of application forms and interview questions for future board members. 

 Successful implementation of QuickBooks to ensure transparency, accuracy, and accountability. 

 What started as an idea during an E-Team meeting quickly grew into something greater.
